Introduction
These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.abbysar.com website and forms a contract between you and AbbySar. By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
Please Note:
Due to the high value of our products we require all deliveries to be signed for upon receipt and we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
PLACING AN ORDER?
Orders made in another person’s name without their consent, or any other financial damage suffered to that person or AbbySar will be reported to the police. AbbySar has the right to cancel any order at any time. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and AbbySar reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is arisen. British law shall govern any dispute and any issues under these terms.
PRODUCT & PRICING
AbbySar has the right to adjust prices and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Delivery
UK DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to the UK on all orders. For local UK customers we deliver within 2-3 business days. We also offer Next Day UK Delivery for £5.00 delivery charge – orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Our premium UK delivery services are subject to limitations and restrictions. Customers living in certain areas of the UK will not be guaranteed next day delivery and delivery can take up to 5 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer free worldwide shipping when you spend over £150. Our standard international shipping time varies between 5-14 days.

Dates and times for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are also subject to any matter beyond AbbySar’s reasonable control.
Please note, orders will be dispatched once payment has successfully been cleared.
VAT, CUSTOMS & DUTIES
It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations; this includes import duty & customs fees as well as VAT. Please note that all customs charges & duties are charged by your local border force and not by AbbySar. We are unable to determine if and how much your charge will be.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
The purchaser has the right to return the purchase within 28 days given it is in resalable condition (unworn).
This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached have not been damaged or removed.
AbbySar will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
Purchasers using their right to return an order should ensure they use the materials and information as provided in the delivery note and follow the provided instructions. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. Return shipping is paid by the consumer and it is recommended to return the item insured & signed for as we need to ensure receipt of the product to process your refund.
Payment Details
AbbySar accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
AbbySar takes responsibility to ensure that your payment is secure. We do this via secure payment pages and by secure Checkout.com servers.
LIABILITY
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden it must be reported immediately to the carrier within 48 hours. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives. Transport damage must also be reported to AbbySar, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Defective products returned to AbbySar will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when shipped as all our products are inspected when they are packaged. In the case of faults or defects in the product supplied. AbbySar bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. If you use the Products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
